loosing a sense of safety,

Sometimes I want to close out the world and navigate my grief and heartache paralyzed and alone, and that is ok for the length that is supportive.

Through movement!

Your body holds more of the healing medicine that you and this world needs more than we could ever truly comprehend. Your expression and your truth is so powerful.
