🟢材料:
排骨 300 克
乾冬菇 50 克 (已浸軟)
薑 1 小塊
紅蔥頭 1 粒
蒜頭 3 粒
蠔油 適量
冰糖 1 小塊
紹興酒 1 湯匙
鹽 適量
老抽 少許
熱水或浸冬菇水 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 排骨洗淨煎至微黃,下薑、紅蔥頭、蒜頭爆炒。
2️⃣ 下冬菇翻炒,加少許蠔油、1小塊冰糖、1湯匙紹興酒、適量鹽、少許老抽。
3️⃣ 加熱水(或浸冬菇水)至排骨面,小火炆煮 45 分鐘,收汁上碟。

🟢Ingredients:
Pork ribs - 300 g
Dried shiitake mushrooms - 50 g (soaked until soft)
Ginger - 1 small piece
Shallot - 1 bulb
Garlic - 3 cloves
Oyster sauce - as needed
Rock sugar - 1 small piece
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Salt - as needed
Dark soy sauce - a small amount
Hot water or soaking liquid from the mushrooms - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the pork ribs and fry until slightly browned. Add ginger, shallot, and garlic and stir-fry.
2️⃣ Add dried mushrooms and stir-fry. Then add oyster sauce, rock sugar, Shaoxing wine, salt, and a dash of dark soy sauce.
3️⃣ Add hot water (or soaking water from the mushrooms) until the liquid reaches the level of the pork ribs. Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
