ingredients:

-3 potatoes
-one garlic
-2 rosemary
-olive oil
-salt and black pepper for seasoning
-oregano
-2 tbsp room temperature butter
-1/2 tsp dried parsley
-pepperoni slices
-mozzarella cheese slices
-3 tbsp mayonnaise
-1 tbsp mustard sauce
-1 tbsp ketchup sauce
-1/2 tsp dried dill
-1 tsp fresh lemon juice
-chopped fresh parsley


Recipe:


-wash and scrub potatoes clean, cut the bottom of the potatoes so that it stands o the cutting board.
-place 2 chopstick on cutting board, make several cuts into the potato.

-transfer them onto a baking pan, with one garlic and rosemary.
-brush them with olive oil and seasoning with salt, black pepper and oregano.
-bake in oven at 200C/392F for 50-60 minutes.
-remove the garlic when is soft, in a separate bowl add in room temperature butter with roasted garlic, mash the garlics and mix with the butter.
-add dried parsley and set it aside.
-fill the gaps in potatoes with pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese.
-brush the potatoes with garlic butter mixture, bake them again at 180C/356F for another 10-15 minutes.
-let’s make my quick potato sauce, add in mayonnaise sauce, mustard sauce, ketchup sauce, dried dill, salt and Blake pepper, fresh lemon juice, mix well.
-potatoes are ready to be served, finish it with fresh chopped parsley and Enjoy!
