Sunday just got a whole lot better with this 3 Minute Chocolate Oreo cake🥳 This recipe is the easiest way to satisfy those dessert cravings with just one bowl, a whole lot of Oreos and lots of loveee ❤️

Ingredients
❤️6 tbsp oil
❤️½ cup sugar
❤️½ cup curd
❤️3 tbsp milk
❤️¾ cup all-purpose flour
❤️5 tbsp cocoa powder
❤️½ tsp baking powder
❤️¼ tsp baking soda
❤️6-8 oreo biscuits
❤️Dark chocolate ganache
❤️½ cup (87g) dark chocolate
❤️¼ cup fresh cream
❤️White chocolate ganache
❤️¼ cup (44g) white chocolate
❤️2 tbsp fresh cream

Instructions
1. Add oil and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl and whisk until nicely combined.
2. ⁠Add curd and milk to the above mixture and mix well.
3. ⁠Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda to the wet mixture and fold in to form a smooth lump-free batter.
4. ⁠Crush the oreos into the batter and fold in evenly.
5. ⁠Microwave on regular heating mode for 3 minutes or till a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
6. ⁠To make the chocolate ganache, chop the dark chocolate and pour warm cream over it. Mix well till smooth and lumps of chocolate remain.
7. ⁠Follow the same process for white chocolate ganache as well and pour the white chocolate ganache into a piping bag.
8. ⁠Once the cake has cooled down a bit, pour the dark chocolate ganache over it and spead an even layer on the cake.
9. ⁠Create a web design using the white chocolate ganache and a skewer.
