'Loss' is the third Disentry release in just over a year and their second full-length. Reflecting on what mastermind Duncan Wilkins describes as "the worst year of his life", 'Loss' sees Disentry shifting their lyrical viewpoint from such tried & tested D-Beat standards of war, nuclear technology and other global horrors to something more personal yet still doused in anger and self-hatred. Lumbering, heavyweight sludge passages jostle for space amongst the frenzied crust core hardcore chaos, with the record at times owing as much to Warning as it does to Wolfbrigade.
