In this episode I will show you how I transform my Rancho adjustable short arms to a radius style long arm setup for my Cherokee XJ overland project.

A long arms setup has big improvements in comfort and offroad capability when you have a lifted Jeep. Since I already had these short arms from Rancho I decided to modify them because they have great rubber bushings and are adjustable in length.

Remember that these parts are crucial parts of your chassis and if there is a failure you will most likely loose control of your vehicle. So I only recommend this DIY for a offroad-rig if you now know how to weld and so on.
