In honor of OXI day, the Department of Modern Greek Studies at HCHC and the Maliotis Cultural Center are pleased to offer a presentation by Professor Ismini Lamb on George Horton, an American diplomat who witnessed and chronicled the genocide of Christians in Asia Minor, explaining how his insights correct numerous historical misconceptions. She then offers three life lessons from Horton and his experiences relevant for OXI Day.
