Emma Purshouse, writer, performer, first Poet Laureate for the City of Wolverhampton, and editor of The Blackcountryman magazine talks about making a living as a Black Country based creative. She will be sharing her experiences of writing about the region, her involvement in local arts projects, and her attempts to promote the Black Country further afield. Emma will share anecdotes and perform some of her own work as part of the talk, she is also joined by fellow poet Steve Pottinger who reads some of his own works.
