The age of optical media (CD's, DVD's & Blu-Rays) obsolescence has arrived! You recently bought an amazing new computer that your excited to put to use however your old software you've become familiar with and love is not going to be able to be installed to this new computer because you only have it on optical media like a CD or DVD and your new computer has no CD/DVD drive on it! It's looking like you're going to have to drop a huge wad of cash to purchase all the latest versions of stuff you already own. Well do not despair; there is a way to install your old software to your new optical drive-less PC. As long as you still have an old computer lying around that has a DVD drive in it, you can use it to create a digital version of your old disc based programs which you can then install to your new computer. Not to mention, you can also keep around as a digital backup in the event your disc becomes damaged or lost.
