Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg (1 inch size)
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 Cup
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & cubes 1 Cup
-Tamater 4, 2green chillies paste
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp
-Tomato ketchup 2tablespoon
-Chilli sauce 3 tbs
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-In a wok,add garlic paste & mix well
-Add tomatoes paste and cook for 2mins
-Add capsicum,onion,tomatoes,mix well & sauté for a minute & set aside.
.-Add tomato ketchup & mix well.
-Add chilli sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,salt,white pepper powder, sugar,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add cooked chicken with vegetables & mix gently.

-Tomato ketchup 1 Cup
-Chilli sauce 3 tbs
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Water 3-4 tbs
Directions:
-Frying pan men cooking oil aur chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-tomato paste shamil kre 2-3 min pakaye
-Shimla mirch,pyaz aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya sauté ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chilli sauce,soy sauce,sirka,lal mirch powder,kali mirch powder,namak,safed mirch powder aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cooked chicken vegetables ka saath dal ker gently mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
