In this video we will discuss about the side effects of painkiller tablets
Peoples mostly use pain killer tablets on daily basis.
there are three types of pains
1. mild pain
2. moderate pain
3. severe pain
in mild and moderate pain try to tolerate it because the pain and inflammation process is healing process so you can take painkiller in severe pain
try to bear mild to moderate pain

the main side effects are listed now if you take pain killer for long time

1. Stomach problems
As all pain killer block the cyclo oxygenase enzyme which release the prostaglandins in the body .
these prostaglandins produces the gastric mucus and Bicarbonate in the stomach
the block of COX mean no protection for stomach lining and acid causes damage to lining
it leads to stomachache , ulcer, gastritis, GERD and other stomach problems

2.Kidney disease
Prostaglandins causes the dilation of blood vessels that deliver blood to neurons and result in proper filtration of blood
block of these prostaglandins releases lead to vasoconstriction and ultimately kidney chronic disease

3. Liver disease
Elevate the Liver enzymes AST ,ALT


4. High blood pressure

5. Deletion in Body iron
