This ended up being a much longer video than I thought it would be. I had to heavily cut some of the video to bring the time down from around 1h+ to 30min... Regardless I think it was a good opportunity to take a look at a modern gaming prebuilt computer. It's OK and works, so really I am just picking at it for the most part, but I was a little disappointed in the quality. To be fair though, if you told me this was a cyberpower prebuilt before I took a look at the build, I would be surprised.
I did do a solid amount of testing and had the computer running for quite a while before handing it back, though the person who had me take a look at this build is still getting bluescreens now and then. I still think it is something with riot vanguard, and not cyberpower. The plan right now is whenever he's ready, we will completely fresh install windows 10 again. I think it'll solve the problem, since there is likely some incompatible driver installed that is not making vanguard very happy. I'll come back here and edit the description with the result on a later date.
