What is Cause and Effect in NLP?

In this video, I explore 3 variations of Cause and Effect.

1st is a principle to take charge in your own life. Feel more in control simply by making a change in the way you think.

2nd is the Meta-Model. This is a way to discover another person map of the world. Cause and effect is an X = Y statement. Normally we allow these in. But they usually make no sense and they are used as excuses and denial. When you can spot a Meta-Model Cause and Effect you can help a person overcome their challenge by effective questioning.

3rd is the Milton-Model Cause and Effect. This is the exact opposite of the meta-model. By using Cause and Effect you can embed a command or suggestion to a person. This a hypnotic language pattern.
