Israel News: FT (Financial Times) Article. "Trump Increases Pressure on Netanyahu to Observe Gaza Ceasefire."

The Financial Times, citing its own sources, reports that US President Donald Trump is increasing pressure on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, demanding that Israel strictly adhere to the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.

According to the Financial Times, Trump privately expressed his irritation with Israel's recent strikes on targets in the Gaza Strip in response to the terrorist attack and the death of two Israeli soldiers (Note: Newsru.co.il) and expects the agreements he helped negotiate to be implemented.

According to the FT, the sustainability of the ceasefire largely depends on the continued involvement and visits of White House representatives, as well as continued pressure on the Israeli Prime Minister.
