RND 9 THE PUNISHER NYOA - MY RACE // 2023

what's up everyone

Man this race was intense and its one that is gna take a while for me to forget. Great start which was crucial this round with the conditions grabbing a sweet holeshot. Kevin got around me early lap one the fields were a free for all i was ok chasing him around and see how he faired when we go into the bad areas of the track. Lap 2 Kevin took the creek bypass and i went threw it retaking the lead. Lap 3 we hit a small bottle neck Jesse got around me and maybe Kevin too not really sure as it was hard to tell who was who with all that mud 🤣 again those guys skipped the creek section and i took it regaining the lead once again about 2-3 miles from the finish i came up on a lapped rider who ended up getting stuck in front of me on a hill which caused me to get stuck Kevin and Jesse got around me such a heart break i had this race and rode smart all race w exception on this last incident and there was no where to go. Ended up 3rd and 23rd overall this was all i needed to secure the 2023 senior A championship so we will focus on the big picture and look to redeem myself in 2024 at this location.
