This presentation uses publicly available Landsat true colour imagery from Google Earth Engine to provide a general assessment of land cover changes in the landscape over time in Klang Valley, Malaysia. Landsat 5 and 8 surface reflectance were used in exporting the true colour imagery.

The true colour Landsat timeseries of the Didipio Mine was developed during a 3-month internship project under the Landscape Ecology and Conservation (LEC) Lab, School of Environmental and Geographical Sciences, University of Nottingham Malaysia campus and the Lincoln Centre for Water and Planetary Health, School of Geography, University of Lincoln.

The project and GIS analysis was conducted by Ooi Juin Yan, assisted by Michelle Ang and Darrel Tiang and supervised by Dr Alex Lechner.
