Examination, 2022. He secured this rank in his last attempt with Psychology optional.
Mr. Manasvi hails from Karnal (Haryana), graduated in Mechanical Engineering from
Thapar University, Patiala. After that, he started job in Maruti Suzuki for 2 years during
which he got motivated towards the Civil Services.
