iPhone XS no IMEI - Board swap / NFC ic pad broken because of a bad stencil - Motherboard Repair

Here we have an iPhone XS with no IMEI, no baseband firmware because of a hard drop!
I already had a donor board prepared for swap (you will see in the video).
When i wanted to reball the NFC ic, one of the balls got stuk on stencil and broke the pad from ic! I managed to put a new ball on that pad, i dont know how :)).
P.S. i lost 2 of recorded videos of this work flow were i was reballing and assembling the boards - I accidentally deleted them.
