Bowfin fishing in the little Calumet River in Gary IN

Hello everyone, I am doing something a little different today. We are river fishing on the Little Calumet River in Gary Indiana. We are fishing specifically for Bowfin. Bowfins are one of my favorite fish to catch. They fight strong they fight hard and are tons of fun to catch. There are multiple locations on the little Calumet River to fish but, today we are fishing the Gary IN part of the river. There are multiple species of fish since it does connect to Lake Michigan. Hopefully we can have a successful day of fishing.
