This delicious and simple Cashew Ricotta should be a staple recipe for everyone. I take it to the next level and add it to my charcuterie board with fig jam, seeded crackers and portabella jerky.

I go to Santa Monica Beach and do a random taste test of Savory Wild portabella jerky to see if people think it's a good replacement for beef.

🔵Cashew Ricotta Recipe:
1 c cashews that had been soaking in cold water for 2-24 hrs
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/3 c water
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Blend
