Sir Keir Starmer says government has 'lost control' of migration

Sir Keir Starmer says the government has "lost control" of immigration which is now "more than twice as high as it was when we were in the EU."

He said he was feeling "very good" about the forthcoming leaders' debate, and looking forward to the opportunity of speaking directly to voters.
