Ingredients -
For Tortillas -
2 Cup Wheat Flour
Pinch of Salt
Lukewarm water as required for semi tight dough
For Paneer Stuffing-
3 Tbsp Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic grated
2 Medium Size Onion Chopped
1/2 Cup Chopped Carrots
1/2 Cup Chopped Capsicum
1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
200 gm Paneer
2 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp Pizza Sessions
1/2 Tbsp Chilli flakes
Salt as taste
1/4 Cup Black pepper powder
For Paneer Wrap-
Prepared homemade tortillas
Mayonnaise
Tomato sauce
Lettuce , Colourful Bell papers Or any other vegetables of your choice
Prepared paneer masala
Cheese Slice
Butter
