American DJ, and songwriter, DJ Casper, died of cancer, on August 7th, at age 58. He was best known for his hit song, Cha Cha Slide. The song was signed locally, then by a major label, taking it to an international stage.
American Hall of Fame musician, and songwriter, Randy Meisner, died of complications from Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, on July 26th, at the age of 77. He was one of the founding members, of the legendary, Grammy award winning rock band, Eagles. Their most famous songs are, Hotel California. Desperado. Take It Easy. Life in the Fast Lane. And Take It to the Limit. He was an integral part of the Eagles, and instrumental in the early success of the band.
