Beef Tongue with Mushroom Sauce - Cooking with Yousef

Hi friends, today we are making "Beef Tongue with Mushroom Sauce" or "Khorak e Zaban ba Sose Gharch" (خوراک زبان با سس قارچ) which is a special dish served at parties and get-togethers.

• Cow Tongue (3-3 1/2 pounds)
• 1 Onion
• 1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• Few bay leaves

Sauce Preparation
• 1 Pound (half a kilogram) White Mushroom
• 1 Medium Size Onion
• 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 Cup Milk
• 2 Tablespoon Flour
• Cooking Oil
• 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
• 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
