Starting my flight Training, took off from Philadelphia North-East Airport runway 33, shortly while climbing i was told we’re under clouds and to put on foggles (eye glass with the upper portioned fogged so you can’t see through it, while lower portion is transparent so you can only see the plane instrument) to simulate clouds, today we tried intercepting few VOR s (very high frequency omni directional range), and tracking some radials, some slow flying, turns with different degree 10 then 20 then 45 steep turns and then landed that Piper Archer II back.
