BRUTAL 12 HOUR RIDE FROM SUNRISE TO SUNSET!

MAAP called for everyone to push themselves for the equinox, challenging anyone who wanted to take part to cycle for 12 hours from sunrise to sunset... now you could spread this over multiple rides, but gluttons for punishment such as myself decided to tackle this all in one ride. Naturally this made for an epic day out... one that would see a lot of pain, but also a lot of beauty! I decided to take on this challenge in one of my favourite places to cycle... Arrábida natural park in Portugal, it's a magical place.
There's something about pushing yourself and seeing what you're made of that gives you such a great feeling... go get out there and push yourself!
