CRISPY CHICHARRONES|NO MORE BILAD SA ARAW@Turagsoy bunoy tv
Ingredients

1.4 kgs of pork skins
2 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of crushed black pepper
10 cloves of garlic
3 pcs. of bay leaves

procedure

1. Wash the pork skins.
2. Put 2.5 L of water into the pot.
3. Add salt, garlic, black pepper and bay leaves.
4. Boil pork skins for 30 minutes
5. After 30 minutes,remove the pork skins from the water.
6. Cut it into your desire size and shape.
7. Dry the pork skins by frying it on its (lard or oil of the pork) and if the lard is not enough then add oil into it. set the fire into low heat to achieve the dryness of skin.
8. Cool the pork skins for the last time for 20-30 minutes.
9. After cooling, fry the dried pork skins.
10. Serve and enjoy your crispy chicharrones.
