→ Well, today was supposed to be a day of fishing in Hawaii, but these $29 fares were hard to turn down. You heard that right. I paid a whopping $29 for a same-day flight between Honolulu and Hilo. To be fair, it's usually $39. Hilo always has a special place in my heart as that is the main airport I flew to on my very first flight simulator (Microsoft Flight 2012 Fly Hawaii) and I always get goosebumps flying into this airport because of that. It hurts my soul that it is very hard, if not impossible, to get the sim anymore, as Microsoft discontinued it.
