Nguyen Tuan Hai, 22, has found a good place to fish for himself: the storm drain of Saigon.
To Hai, who lives in District 2, it's an untapped fishing paradise teeming with cá trê (catfish) especially in the rainy season.
He said he can catch a few kilos of fish in a couple of hours.
