IMF Quota Reform and American Leadership

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is a deciding factor in aiding Ukraine. For a number of reasons, Congress is reluctant to support quota reform which would double the IMF's resources, give Ukraine access to a larger funding pool, and greatly strengthen the United States' ability to lead in the Ukraine crisis. Join us for a discussion with a bipartisan panel of experts on the importance of IMF of quota reform, the regional implications of failing to do so, and the role of the United States and the IMF in promoting a stable Ukraine.
