The smooth side Ranco bottom dump hopper is constructed with AR250 steel which is greatly more Abrasion Resistant than bottom dumps made with mild 50 or 80,000 pound sheeting.

The trailers come equipped with 12 inch Aluminum Side Boards with 18” Wings which increases the visual capacity on the lead trailer to 26.5 Cubic Yards and 18 cubic yards on the pups for a total capacity of 44.5 yards.

To prevent Gate Sag Ranco uses a large heavy duty gate bearing and reinforced multi-channel bottom which gives the gates a higher ground clearance and thus reduces gate stress when windrowing. Our landing legs are frame mounted rather than gate mounted, again to reduce stress on the gates.

Ranco’s high capacity air tank enables fast dump cycles and recovery time utilizing heavy duty 8” air cylinders with dual quick release valves.

The trailers are easily serviceable with replaceable parts including:

- Bolt-On Front & Rear Fenders
- Bolt-On Lower Hopper Extension
- Bolt-On Windrow Deflector and much more.
