To celebrate Manufacturing Month, IMEC and the Illinois Manufacturers'​ Association presented the 3rd annual "Makers on the Move" statewide bus tour.

Starting on Manufacturing Day (October 4th), the bus travelled 2,500 miles to nearly every region of the state, making roughly 40 stops along the way.

This annual celebration truly commemorates the heart and soul of the Illinois economy: manufacturing. This event helps not just to celebrate, but to inspire the future generation of manufacturing.
