4-week review of the cheap solar charge controller.

About a month ago I did a review of a cheap charge controller which I expect will be useful for small solar power projects. I told everyone I would do a test of this cheap charge controller with a lithium battery. In this video, I will be showing how that test is coming after 4-weeks of use. These controllers cost anywhere from $10 to $20, depending on where you buy it (a modest expense if it works, but a waste of money if it doesn't).
This controller is intended for solar projects I will be designing and using as needed for any type of grid down situations.
