In Lesson 21 of my learning today I picked up from Ray Higdon that setting goals is not as powerful if you have not idea who you will become once you get that goal accomplished. Why is it so many people set goals and either attain them or never get close to them and then quit.

Why is it people who once were successful and after failing at their business quit. They seldom try attempting to succeed at it again.

Is it their Why that was weak? Ray mentioned having a 'why' is important however just like setting goals it too is not enough to get you to your ultimate dreams. You need something more powerful to drive you.

He said that start to become successful one needs vision.

1. Create a vision of who you will become

2. Then visualise who you will impact and how you can add value to people around you.

Unless you start to learn that success comes from sharing what you know Ray says nothing will ever come out of what you do.

But how do you share if you don't learn. More on that soon.

This lesson really impacted me as I strive for higher heights. If I am to get to be a Diamond in my company what value do I need to give others so that they benefit first.
