I am currently working at Bistro Le Moque-Tortue in Shediac, and for the time being one of my main tasks is preparing food on the line. At the Neptune Drive-In they have large wood smokers that they use to barbecue meat. The goal is for me to be the Pitmaster during the summer and for the time being there is only one or two times every couple of months we need the smoker.
