1999 Honda foreman 450s 4x4 gets no spark, read description.

Bought the bike off a guy that did the top end, put it back together and he had no spark and replaced everything. I’ve had the bike for about 3 weeks and also replaced everything even after confirming the parts were good.
-Kill switch bypassed and checked good
-stator and pickup coil both checked good
-voltage regulator rectifier checked good
-ignition coil checked good
-spark plug checked good
-cdi ignition control box checked good
Still no spark, got curious on what the Lg/R and Grey wires went too and did research. Comes out to be the neutral safety, aha!! Give the Lg/R wire ground, turn key and crank you will get spark. Also illuminates the neutral light on the dash.
