Churchill College’s modernist #architecture was the first of its kind at Cambridge University and marked a new direction in higher education buildings across the UK during the 1960s. The College’s design was selected through a competition, won by architectural firm Richard Sheppard, Robson and Partners. Their design stood out for its modern approach and #Brutalist details.
