INGREDIENTS
6 large carrots peeled
3 green onions
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey (if needed)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. With a vegetable peeler, make carrot ribbons. Add to a large bowl.
2. Chop green onions and finely chop garlic. Add to bowl along with sesame oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds.
3. Add green onions, and dressing to salad along with chopped cilantro. If salad is not sweet enough add honey to your taste. Enjoy!
