This 15-min workout is designed to help improve facial asymmetry after stroke. We’ll go through 2 sets of 7 exercises. This routine is best for survivors who have facial weakness but not complete paralysis.

While everyone is different, the general recommendation is to try this routine twice a day for around 4-6 weeks. Of course, check with your doctor or therapist before starting any new exercise or rehab routine to make sure it's right for you!
