Pros:
-Renovated rooms and facilities
-Luxurious cozy lobby
-Good service but not excellent

Cons:
-Good but not excellent service
-Unless you get a view of Boston Commons, the views are not very desirable
-Expensive.

The average nightly price for a standard room: $650-$1,100
The average nightly price for a suite: $1,000 - $3,000 (and a presidential suite for $8,000)
The average number of Marriott Bonvoy points required per night: 70,000- 106,000

I recommend using points to stay at this property. With rates between $650 and $1,100 per night, you will be getting about one penny per point which is a good value.
