It's true, my parents bought a house out here in New Brunswick, Canada for $3700! It was a site un-seen and we didn't know what the house was going to look like inside. For $3700 though how could they not take the risk. AT the very worst it is 2 acres of land to build something else. You can find other pieces of land on the government surplus website below.
