For her Main signet, "Soothingness" is this run's main signet, for additional "Decay" and "Shared Destiny", Soothingness fill the charges while you do the weapon active and then when you charge attack it refreshes the weapon active meaning you can infinitely spam weap. active and charge attack. For "Decay", it gives more damage to joint attacks and gives HP when you do charge attack. For "Shared Destiny", you don't get the 1st effect of it, but the 2nd effect is big damage on ULT.

For her general signets, starters can be Kalpas or Mobius, I find the other signet just too slow to give the buffs, like Bodhi, while it's good it's not a good start signet, just go Kalpas or Mobius. Oh, if you do Kalpas first just spam BR so you are always low HP. After 4 or 5th Floor when you have either Kalpas or Mobius just go for any other signets you want.
