Ingredients to make Aliv Ladoo
Alive Seeds - 1/4 cup
Coconut Water - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Nuts Powder - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp

Method to make Aliv Seed Ladoo
1. Soak Aliv Seeds in coconut water for 1 hour.
2. Melt ghee in a pan with jaggery and water.
3. Add coconut and nut powder and combine well
4. Add soaked aliv seeds and mix and cook till the water evaporates.
5. Cool it down and make ladoos.
