Steak Experiment - The SECRET to a PERFECT STEAK CRUST | Salty Tales

Find out the secret to a perfect steak crust! Today steak experiment is 100% on how to create the best possible crust on our steaks. We are going to be testing one of the best methods used out there and test for ourselves if this really works. The method is very simple as we are just adding a bit of cornstarch into our salt and spread it on the steak. This is supposed to reduce the moist of the outer side of the steak and make it more suitable for the steak more a little bit dry causing this way a better crust when the steak is seared.
