In this video learn how to make this delicious and easy 3 ingredient vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
Heavy Whipping Cream - 2 cups / 480 ml
Condensed Milk - 3/4 cup / 180 ml
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Mini Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet) - 1/2 cup (Optional)

1. In a chilled bowl add heavy whipping cream.
2. Whip it for 3-4 minutes or till you get soft peaks.
3. Add vanilla extract, condensed milk, and fold it in.
4. Blend again for 30 - 40 seconds or till you get soft peaks.
5. Transfer in a container and chill it in the freezer for 7 - 8 hrs or till it is completely frozen.
6. Once the ice cream is set, take it out, scoop it in a bowl garnish it with your favorite toppings and enjoy! :)
