The idea is to set the balls up in a straight line down the centre of the table and then to place the cue ball roughly 12 inches behind the object ball in a straight line with the pocket. It is then a case of playing 7 series of 3 straight shots to the same pocket using the 3 basic spins (follow, stun and screw) during the drill.
