Fine Sugar (25g) 砂糖 (25克)
Egg Yolk (2pcs) 蛋黄 (2个)
Corn Starch (15g) 玉米淀粉 (15克)
Unsalted Butter (5g) 无盐牛油/黄油 (5克)
Vanilla Essence (1tsp) 香草精华 (1茶匙)

Oven without fan mode 180-190°C, 12-15 mins
Preheat Oven 7mins (180°C)
