Sarah Boone's Attorney Files Motion for New Trial

Sarah Boone's attorney, James Owens, filed a motion for a new trial, saying prosecutors stepped out of line and the judge ruled improperly. Sarah Boone was convicted of murdering her boyfriend, Jorge Torres Jr., who died after he was left in a suitcase overnight.
