An item resembling a paw of a stuffed monkey plushie. The vendor mentions it is able to "probably" grant a wish, and with nothing better to do this weekend, you thought to give it a shot.

Shortly after you end your request, the storm crashes into your ears, and the item twitches before a figure walks through your front door.
