Ingredients:
For masala paste:
Onions - 4 (thinly sliced)
Garlic - 5-6 flakes
Ginger - 1-inch (chopped)
Kashmiri Red Chillies - 3-4 (Soaked in hot water for 10-15 minutes)
Tomatoes - 2 (medium) - chopped
Water - ¼ cup

For cooking Dum Paneer:
Paneer - 400 grams (cut into 1-inch cubes)
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Curd - 1 cup (beat until smooth)
Cardamoms - 3
Cloves - 3
Cinnamon Stick - 1-inch
Bay Leaf - 1
Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) - ½ tsp
Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
Salt - add to taste
Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp (crushed)
Water - 2 cups
Fresh cream - ½ cup
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
